RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Loren Kalas is a print-on-demand business. Orders are produced and fulfilled by our trusted production partners, including Gelato, Printful, QPMN, and other carefully selected fulfillment providers where applicable. We coordinate with these partners to assist customers with order, shipping, replacement, and refund requests whenever appropriate and in accordance with our suppliers' policies and applicable consumer law.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request an order cancellation through our store within 15 minutes of placing an order.
This 15-minute cancellation window relates to our normal order-processing procedure and does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply under Finnish or EU consumer law.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may notify us of their decision to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
If an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Loren Kalas Digital Herbal Recipes Store, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
Customers should contact us through the customer-service and messaging options available on our online store before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided.
RETURN CONDITION
Returned goods should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
If the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is necessary for examination, the customer may be responsible for the resulting reduction in value, as permitted by applicable law.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
An item is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is produced using a print-on-demand fulfilment process. Any applicable exception will be determined according to Finnish and EU consumer law.
VOLUNTARY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As our products are produced on demand, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind beyond any rights required by applicable consumer law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not correspond to the order, please contact us through our official store customer-service channel as soon as possible.
Statutory consumer rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by this policy.
REFUNDS
Where a statutory withdrawal is valid, payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under Finnish or European Union law.
