Loren Kalas is a print-on-demand store. Products are produced, packaged, fulfilled, and shipped directly to customers by our trusted print-on-demand  fulfillment partners.

We work with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Gelato, Printful, QPMN, and other carefully selected production partners where applicable. These partners carefully produce, package, fulfill, and ship orders directly to our customers.

Loren Kalas does not personally manufacture, stock, package, or dispatch orders.

SHIPPING COSTS

Unless free shipping or another promotion is clearly offered, customers are responsible for the shipping cost shown at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and available shipping method.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Because products are made on demand, production takes place before shipping. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an error is discovered, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges depending on the destination and applicable law.

Where these charges are not collected in advance, the recipient may be required to pay applicable charges to the relevant authority or carrier.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant fulfillment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
