These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Loren Kalas online store.
Loren Kalas Digital Herbal Recipes Store is a business registered in Finland under Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3593675-7.
By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
The Loren Kalas Shopify store offers print-on-demand products.
Products are produced after an order is placed and are manufactured, fulfilled, and shipped by third-party print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners.
Loren Kalas does not maintain its own inventory or personally manufacture or dispatch these products.
Because products are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, print placement, dimensions, or appearance may occur. Screen settings may also cause colors displayed online to differ slightly from the finished product.
Such minor variations do not affect any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, sizes, prices, and other information displayed in the store are accurate.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size, color, variant, quantity, delivery information, and other order details before completing a purchase.
3. ORDERS
An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and payment is successfully processed or authorized.
After an order is submitted, it may be sent to a production partner for fulfillment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because of product availability, production limitations, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or other legitimate circumstances, the customer will be informed and any payment due to be refunded will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the store and applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges are displayed or calculated where applicable during the shopping and checkout process.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.
Customers must provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
5. PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT
Products may be produced and shipped from different production facilities depending on the product, destination, availability, and fulfillment requirements.
Production times and delivery estimates may vary between products and destinations.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information are provided through the store or checkout where applicable.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by production times, carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, withdrawals, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Because print-on-demand production can begin shortly after an order is placed, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they notice an error or wish to request a cancellation.
Starting production does not remove any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right where such a right applies by law.
Certain products that are made according to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or if the customer receives an incorrect product, the customer should contact Loren Kalas customer service as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
Valid claims concerning defective or non-conforming products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
The use of third-party production or fulfillment partners does not remove Loren Kalas's legal obligations to customers.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.
Loren Kalas is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers should review their order information carefully before submitting payment.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Loren Kalas brand, original layouts, compositions, product concepts, branding, written content, and overall creative presentation are the intellectual property of Loren Kalas and are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some designs incorporate properly licensed third-party graphics, illustrations, fonts, or other creative elements. Ownership of those third-party assets remains with their respective rights holders. Loren Kalas claims no ownership of such third-party elements individually. However, the original combination, arrangement, customization, branding, and presentation of those elements as part of a Loren Kalas product may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or resold without prior written permission.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers and visitors may not use this store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Users may not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, functionality, or integrity of the store or associated services.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store uses third-party providers for services that may include website infrastructure, payments, production, fulfillment, and shipping.
The involvement of third-party providers does not remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights or Loren Kalas's responsibilities as the seller where applicable.
13. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

14. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

The current version will be made available through the online store.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that customers already have under an existing purchase or applicable law.
